We’re doing things a little differently. We don’t want you to fill out a boring form that gets sold to a robot. We actually want to hear from you! To enter, you just have to participate in our Call-In Blitz.

- The Entry: Give us a ring during that window. We’ll chat for about 2 minutes to catch up and see if you have any real estate “messes” we can help you clear up this year. Once we hang up, you’re officially in the hat!

1) Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by The Korwels Team (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
2) Promotion Period
Entry window: Thursday, February 12th, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (local time). Entries outside this window won’t be counted.
Winner drawing: February 13th at 12:00 PM live on Facebook.
3) Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of Wisconsin who are at least 18 years old.
- Void where prohibited.
- Employees/contractors of Sponsor and household members are not eligible.
4) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
- Call 608.292.5012 during the entry window (Feb 12, 1–4 PM).
- Complete the short call (about 2 minutes). Once the call ends, you’ll receive one (1) entry.
- Bonus entries: If someone you refer calls during the window and mentions your name, you and they each receive one (1) additional entry. No limit on referral bonus entries.
Note: Phone carrier charges may apply. We recommend calling from a safe place (not while driving).
5) Prize
- One (1) prize: $500 travel voucher.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.
- Non-transferable. No cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Winner is responsible for any taxes/fees (if applicable).
6) Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced during the live drawing. Sponsor will also attempt to contact the winner via phone and/or email within 3 days. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

8) General Conditions
- Automated or fraudulent entries are not allowed.
